Being a boutique camp, our cabins fill up quickly! While we would love to be able to accommodate every camper who applies, due to our high return rate & the number of new families we sign up each year, enrollment is normally full by the end of January. The option to extend your son’s stay at Awosting by one week is available to all campers who are enrolled for a minimum of two weeks. The cost of this extension is $2,300. If you would like to extend beyond an additional week, or wish to upgrade from a Rookie Week, please get in contact with our team.

Spread the cost of Camp over 6 or 8 monthly payments.

GUARANTEED TUITION PROGRAM

Chinqueka is very pleased to announce our new guaranteed tuition program, beginning September 15, 2025, for summer 2026 and beyond!

Guaranteed Tuition works as follows:

  1. Enroll your child for the session length of your choice.
  2. Pay half of the tuition cost by November 1st and half by January 1st.
  3. You lock in this rate for as long as your child comes to camp for the same length session!
  4. In order to qualify for this exceptional program, the enrolled session must be at least 2 weeks in length.

For example: Enroll for 4 weeks for summer 2026 at the early bird rate. If you enroll in 2027, 2028, and 2029 for 4 weeks, and pay the tuition in halves (November and January), you STILL only pay the 2026 Early Bird Rate per summer!

Another great perk of this program is that, should you choose to enroll for a longer session in 2028 and 2029, we will go back to 2026 and charge you the 2026 early bird rate (if enrolled by October 31st each year)! If you enroll for less than the original 4 weeks in subsequent years, or miss a payment at any time, you will be charged the current year’s price.

One half of the deposit is non-refundable, period. The whole deposit becomes non-refundable after 12/31/25. If you are enrolling in our Guaranteed Tuition Program you do not need to pay a deposit, just the two monthly payments in November and January.

Any unused canteen monies will NOT be refunded! This money is to pay for clothing/merch purchases, as well as any out-of-camp trips (with the exceptions of horseback riding and senior trips).

Additional discounts:

Alumni discount: $350*
Military/First responder: $500*
Referral credit: $250 per person referred, payable AFTER the summer.
Sibling discount: $150 per child

*If you qualify for both Alumni and Military discount, the larger of the two will be granted.

HOW TO ENROLL

Our tuition includes our canteen shop, all gratuities, laundry, towel service, meals, daily snacks, drinks and all on-camp activities.

We’re proud to offer a military and first responder discount of $500; families with siblings attending will receive an additional $150 off tuition for each child.

  • International Camper Package – $600 (Includes, Linen & Trunk Rental, JFK Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off, toiletries if campers run out)
  • Senior Trip – $650 (During Sessions 2 & 4!)

Does your camper have a birthday while at camp? We can have a birthday party for them! We will have pizza and get their cabin a cake! The cost is $80.

All sessions start on a Sunday (arrive from 1:00 pm to 3pm) and end on a Saturday (pick up 9:30am to 11am). International campers using camp transportation to and from the airport (International Camper Package) MUST arrange their flights to arrive between 12pm and 6pm on the Saturday before their session starts and depart between 12pm and 6pm on the Saturday their session ends.
